Payment
The commission will begin only after I received the upfront payment.
Payment via paypal using USD.
Please add in the transaction fee (+ 4.5 % of the payment if you chose the "paying for item and services") when paying via paypal.
No refunds after you had excepted the sketch i provide or no respond after 72 hour after when the first sketch is sent.
If for any unjustifiable reason I am not able to finish the commission you will receive a full refund.
The working process
After I received the payment, I will work on a basic simple sketch base on your request.
At this stage there is no limit on how many changes but for the convenience of both side I suggest you to spent more time thinking before issue a change to avoid wasting both of our time, if you purposely request changes too many time, show any sign of sabotaging or refuse to cooperate, I will cancel the commissions and only refund 50% of the total upfront payment.
After that, I will work on the final product, you can choose to receive frequent updates or just notice when the commission is done, at this stage any major changes could cost you 25% extra, i will notice you when that happen, but for small and quick changes during or 3 days after the final product was sent is free.
***Things that I'll do and wont do ***
I do both SFW and not NSFW stuff.
I also do sometime accept other extreme requests like gore, scat,.. but since I don't do those a lot, the final product might not be as good as my normal ones so please contact me to see if I can accept it or not.
Things I wont do include: political art, art that depicted hate or discrimination toward real life peoples or sexual art include depiction of real life minors.
My right with the artwork
I had the full right to post any kind of my commissions works (illustrations, character sheets, animation, ...etc) on any social media of mine choosing (i will put a watermark on it if you want to).
Modify, repurpose unpaid or canceled commissions pieces.
The right of integrity of the artwork, you will have the full ownership of the product but not include the author's name
Other
I can work in quite a lot of art style so if you had want me to work in a certain art style please ask me before ordering a commission.
If you purposely break any T.O.S I will cancel the commission and put you on a public black list to warn other artist so please don't do it.
By making a request for commission, you agree to all my term of service.
